As the expanse of God’s grace twinkled above her, Susanna tossed her dreams of revenge into the smoldering coals. Her arm tingled as she signed the bill of sale and slipped the pie vouchers inside the mail packet. She couldn’t change that scoundrel F.B., but she could choose to react without intent to harm.
