June debated whether to sell the laundry or embrace a new life in Agate Beach, as the ocean tides promised a fresh start.

Susanna and June returned to Orchard Valley, finding her orchard property sold to the Belmont Brothers. Susanna found a way to earn some money with a paintbrush and ladder.

vida eternal in sand

Vida eternal: John 3:16.

As a single guy, my husband built a bookshelf with wide shelves to hold his treasured books. He stained it but never varnished it. I applied two coats of clear polyurethane—a collaborative effort, thirty years apart. Brickers hauled their scaffolds and supplies away but not the pile of sand. So I wrote another message. Kitchen counter worker came with a small child who immediately terrified all three cats.

I prayed for color in our prayer group today. Daughter bought a vet Barbie™. This morning, inspector signed off on kitchen beam and other details that delayed the project countless days. Drywall delivered by a four-man team this afternoon.
